Guided Heart Coherence Meditation
3-Minute Reset
Morning, afternoon, or night — box breathing, heart focus, and a moment of gratitude.
Breathe In
3:00 left
Settle in. Let your shoulders soften. One hand rests over your heart.
Find a comfortable position. Place one hand on your heart. Breathe with the circle and let gratitude settle in.
Aim for 5–10 minutes. Even one cycle begins to shift your state. There is no goal here — only presence.
Four gentle steps
Settle In
Sit comfortably with your spine tall and shoulders soft. Place one hand gently over your heart, the other on your belly.
Breathe With the Circle
Inhale slowly as the circle expands, exhale gently as it contracts. Let the rhythm guide you — about 5.5 seconds each way.
Feel Into Your Heart
As you breathe, bring your attention to the center of your chest. Notice the warmth, the steady rhythm, the stillness beneath the noise.
Cultivate a Feeling
Invite in an attitude of appreciation — for someone you love, a moment of beauty, or simply the breath itself.
